How do I sign up for ReadyRefresh® bottled water delivery service?

Simply go to our home page and create a login. Then, you can browse our products and place your first order.

Where do I login to my ReadyRefresh® account?

Simply go to ReadyRefresh.comOpens in new window and click on the ‘Login’ button on the top-right corner! From there, all you have to do is enter your Username and Password.

How do I access my ReadyRefresh® billing?

Access your billing right here on our website. Just follow these steps:

  1. Login to your ReadyRefresh® account.
  2. Click the arrow next your name in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on the drop-down button and select "My Invoices" to view your billing.
How do I contact ReadyRefresh® customer service?

Customer Service is only a phone call away! Just dial 800-274-5282 and one of our many Customer Service representatives will help you with whatever you need.

Do I need to be at my home or office to receive my ReadyRefresh® delivery?

Nope, you tell us what you want and we'll bring it right to your door. With current Covid-19 protocols in place, we are operating in a touchless environment. Even if you ordered a dispenser, no one needs to be home for the delivery. We'll deliver your dispenser right to your doorstep and will leave it outside of your home. Don't worry! Instructions are on the packaging for easy set up!

Note: If our driver is unable to leave the dispenser at your front door for any reason, we will contact you to re-schedule the delivery.

Can I change the number of bottles I receive per delivery?

Of course! You can make any changes you want to an upcoming order simply by clicking on the My Deliveries section of our website.

Can I reschedule, add or skip a delivery?

Yes, and it's easy! You can always customize your delivery schedule to fit your needs, whether it’s adding, rescheduling or skipping a delivery. Just go to the My Deliveries section of our new website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can refer to our Terms and Conditions of ServiceOpens in new window section for more details.

Make Changes to Your Account Settings

How do I make billing or delivery-address changes to my Ready Refresh account?

It's easy, but you can’t do it online. You’ll have to call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 800-274-5282. The reason for this is to ensure that your new delivery address is located in one of our serviceable areas and that there is no interruption in your service. Please call and we will be happy to set up service at your new address.

Am I able to transfer my account?

Passing the refreshment along to someone else, are you? Yes, you can transfer your account to another person by email or snail mail. Here’s what you do:

  • Print, fill out and scan the form, then email it to ar.direct@waters.nestle.com
  • Make sure the account holder’s signature is on the Change of Ownership form. When we receive it, we’ll make the changes you’ve requested and contact you if there are any problems.

How do I update my email address?

Just log into your account and go to My Profile in Account Settings. Select Account Details and you’ll see where to edit your email address. Piece of cake!

Where do I modify my preferences about receiving invoices, email delivery reminders and promotions?

Log into your account and select Notification Preferences in the My Profile section. There, you can update your opt in/out status for invoice reminders, delivery notifications, promotion emails with exclusive offers, new products and other service-related updates.

Electronic invoices are viewable online in the My Invoices section of your account settings.

What happens if I move?

Just give us your new address and we’ll take care of the rest. ReadyRefresh® delivers to homes and offices all across the United States. All of your same beverages will be available and delivered straight to your door, though you will likely be assigned a new Delivery Service Professional.

Please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-274-5282 and a representative will be happy to set up service to your new address.

Can I have deliveries to more than one address?

Yes, you can have separate orders delivered to different addresses. Just go to your Account page and add an additional address, or simply add a new delivery address when you confirm your order at checkout. Please note that you cannot deliver partial orders to multiple addresses.

Payment Options

What are my payment options?

Pay your way! Plastic, snail mail, rotary telephone…it’s your call. But we recommend doing it online using automatic monthly payments. That way, you can just do it once and never have to think about it again. For more specific details, choose from the following payment methods:

  • Online Payments: Pay all or part of your bill quickly on our new website using your bank account, credit or debit card.
  • Automatic Monthly Payments: You can set up an automatic electronic transfer of funds from your bank account, credit or debit card to pay your monthly bill.
  • Payment via Phone: Use our automated system to safely and securely pay your balance over the phone.
  • Prefer Snail Mail? Of course, you can always send a check or money order in the mail.
Who do I make checks payable to?

All checks should be made payable to "ReadyRefresh." Please refer to your invoice for the payment address.

How do automatic payments work?

Choose automatic payments and you will never need to worry about paying your bill on time again. Only the exact amount from your billing period will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card. Billing amounts may vary each month depending on the delivery quantities and services you've ordered within a billing period. Applicable surcharges and fees may apply.

How do I know that my payment has been processed?

After submitting your payment, you will see a confirmation page that displays the amount paid. (If you do not see a confirmation page, your payment was not processed.) Also, if your profile has an up-to-date email address and you are subscribed to email notifications, we will send you an electronic confirmation of the payment being processed.

How will you bill me?

You have two options for billing! You can choose to receive a copy of your invoice through the US mail. However, we recommend signing up for Paperless Billing. With Paperless Billing, you’ll be able to see your invoice faster via email while saving a tree or two in the process.

What are the ReadyRefresh® delivery fees?

ReadyRefresh charges per delivery. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more specifics.

California Redemption Value (CRV)

Most carbonated beverage containers, plus juice and water containers, are included in the California Redemption Value program. California consumers are obligated to pay CRV when purchasing aluminum, glass, plastic, and bimetal beverage containers. But all you have to do is redeem the empty containers at your local CA recycling center for full reimbursement.

Account Deposit Fee

This is a one-time, fully refundable deposit that covers our 3- and 5-gallon bottles. As a customer, you are responsible for the return and condition of these bottles.

Taxes

Depending on your location, taxes and state bottle deposits will be charged as required by state laws. Please reference your state tax laws for further details.

Canceling My Service

Can I cancel my ReadyRefresh® service at any time? Are there penalties?

We don’t want to lose you, but if you need to cancel your delivery service, we try and make it easy. Just call our Customer Service Center at 800-274-5282. They will arrange a final pickup of equipment (if necessary) and close out your account. It’s possible that certain fees or other restrictions may apply, but you can review those details in the Terms and Conditions of ServiceOpens in new window section prior to cancellation.

Are there early termination fees?

Additional Questions

How long will it take to get my ReadyRefresh® delivery?

Normally, it only takes about 2-3 days after you place your order. However, in some areas, you can take advantage of same-day delivery.

How do I change my delivery frequency?

Have we been visiting you too much? Sorry, we just love our customers is all. If you want to switch from a recurring delivery schedule to choosing single delivery dates, we make it very easy. Give us a call at 1-800-274-5282 and we can switch your account from a recurring delivery schedule to a one-time delivery basis. Be sure to keep your online account username and password handy so you can choose the next time you want to place an order.

How do I Reschedule or Skip a delivery?

Rescheduling a delivery is simple. Just pick a day that works better for you, or simply skip a delivery and let us know when you need more.

If I am moving to a new address, do I need to cancel the account at my current address?

Just tell us where you’re moving and when, we’ll handle the rest. We’ll simply suspend deliveries to your current address and set up service to your new home/office. 1-800-274-5282.

How do I stop deliveries for a long period of time?

We have customers who leave town for weeks or even months at a time. If this happens, just tell us when you want to stop receiving deliveries, and then start receiving them again. It’s that simple. 1-800-274-5282.

How do I modify/edit the products in my recurring orders?

We make it easy to modify the products you receive on a regular basis. Simply log into your account on our new website and edit or remove your recurring products in the Scheduled Deliveries section.

How do I schedule a date for my water dispenser to be picked up?

If you’d like to return a rented dispenser, let us know and we can schedule a time that’s convenient for you to have it picked up. Call 1-800-274-5282.

Oh, and if it’s time for your dispenser to be cleaned, you can schedule an appointment with one of our Dispenser Cleaning Professionals by calling 1-844-897-8094.

How do I change the name of the owner on my account?

Just update us with the new contact name by filling out the Change of Ownership – Residential Opens PDF in New Window or Change of Ownership – Commercial Opens PDF in New Window forms.

How do I change my method of payment?

Changing the way you pay your bills is easy with the variety of options we provide. Choose one that works best for you in the My Payment Method section.

Can I provide delivery instructions to my delivery driver?

Yes, you can let us know the best location to place your delivery and how to let you know when the delivery has arrived. Update your delivery instructions or delivery notification preferences in the My Profile section under Delivery Instructions.

I am canceling service but I’d like to buy my dispenser. Can I do that?

Yes, you can. If you want to hang onto the dispenser for future use, be sure to let our Customer Service Representative know that you’d like to purchase it before canceling the account. 1-800-274-5282.

Dispenser Pro-Cleaning

Overview

Why should I have my water dispenser cleaned and sanitized?

Just like other appliances, regular cleaning and maintenance are necessary for your water dispenser to perform at its best. Over time, water dispensers are exposed to things like dirt, dust, pollution, germs, bacteria, and sunlight that can impact the dispenser's hygiene level and, subsequently, the taste of the water.

Is the Professional Dispenser Cleaning process different or better than what I’ve been doing on my own?

The ReadyRefresh® Professional Cleaning Service goes beyond what customers can generally do by themselves. Our dedicated ReadyRefresh® Technicians use a professional-grade cleaner/sanitizer and equipment to employ a unique process that thoroughly cleans and sanitizes your water dispenser. Our process removes 99.9% of bacteria*. In addition to cleaning all external surfaces, our Technicians will remove internal components and clean all water contact surfaces. The spigots, baffle, and non-spill assembly are either cleaned or replaced, and then the dispenser is thoroughly flushed with distilled water. Finally, a fresh bottle is set up, and you’re once again ready to enjoy refreshing and great-tasting water.

How often should I have my water dispenser professionally cleaned?

ReadyRefresh® recommends that your dispenser be professionally cleaned and sanitized 2-4 times per year.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simple — just call our Customer Service Center at 1-844-897-8094 to schedule an appointment. Please note that this service is only available in certain areas.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare for the appointment?

It is our commitment to ensure the health and safety of our customers while providing you with this service. In an effort to adhere to social distancing guidelines, our Professional Cleaning Service will now be performed outside of the home. You have the choice to give our technician access to your home to retrieve the dispenser or we ask that you bring the dispenser out yourself. Our technicians will now perform the service outside of the home, in the hallway or common area of a building, or in their van.

What is the typical length of an appointment?

A Professional Dispenser Cleaning Service appointment generally takes about 30 minutes.

Does the existing bottle in the water dispenser need to be empty?

Your water bottle does not need to be empty, but we do suggest using as much of the water as possible prior to your appointment. At the conclusion of the Professional Dispenser Cleaning Service, our Technician will replace your existing bottle with a fresh one that you supply.

Is there a separate fee for Professional Dispenser Cleaning Service, and if so, can I pay through my ReadyRefresh® bill?

Yes, there is an additional cost for Professional Dispenser Cleaning Service. The fee is $94.99 per dispenser serviced. We’re happy to provide our customers the convenience of a single monthly bill for all ReadyRefresh® products and offerings. The fee for Professional Dispenser Cleaning Service will appear on your bill during the month that the service was performed. Please call our Customer Service Center at 1-844-897-8094 for pricing or to find out if any promotional deals or discounts are available.

What are bottle date codes?

Bottle date codes are our way of letting you know you’re getting the newest and freshest products available. You can be sure that all of our retail bottles are stamped with production times, dates and plant location codes.

Can I get purified, sparkling or spring water delivered?

Of course! Simply visit our homepageOpens in new window and hover over the “Products” dropdown at the top of the page. This will show you the wide variety of products we have to offer.

Can I get water delivered in bulk?

Definitely! You can receive water delivered in bulk in variety of sizes including 5-gallons, 3-gallons, case packs and more. Simply choose your ideal sizes and we’ll bring them to you!

Water Dispensers

What kinds of water dispensers are available?

We have a variety of options to suit a variety of needs. Our dispensers range from room temperature and cold temperature spigots to multi-temperature spigots with features like LED illuminated displays and cleaning reminder alerts. We even have ceramic crocks that provide room temperature water without the need for any access to an electrical outlet. So, yeah...we’ve got options!

Can I rent a water dispenser from ReadyRefresh®?

Yes, we have a wide variety of water dispensers available for rent. Visit the dispenser page and select yours today!

How do I clean my dispenser? How often should I clean it?

We recommend cleaning your dispenser every six months. You can schedule a ReadyRefresh® Professional Cleaning Service (only available in certain areas) by calling 1-844-897-8094 or watch the videoOpens a Youtube video in new window and follow the below instructions to clean your dispenser yourself:

Before you begin, you'll need the following items: Clean rubber gloves, paper towels, a scrub brush, a scrub pad and boiling hot water.

To clean your dispenser, follow these steps: Unplug the electrical cord. Remove the empty bottle and baffle (if there is one). Drain any water through the spigot. Carefully fill the reservoir with boiling hot water and wait 3 minutes. ALWAYS BE CAREFUL NOT TO SPILL BOILING HOT WATER ON YOURSELF! Use rubber gloves and a scrub brush (never use steel wool or anything abrasive) to clean the reservoir and baffle. Place the baffle upside down in the reservoir. Drain the water through spigot. Pour more boiling hot water in the reservoir, then clean the spigots, body and handles. Drain all the water through the spigots. Rinse, dry and replace the baffle and plastic top. Place a full bottle of water on top. If you have a hot water dispenser, remove the air from the tank by opening the hot spigot until the water flows freely. Plug in the unit and allow a few minutes for the water in your dispenser to heat up or cool down.

IMPORTANT: Once water flows freely and air is removed, you can plug your cooler into a grounded receptacle. Cleaning the Drip Tray: The drip tray catches occasional spills and should be emptied and cleaned monthly. To do so, remove the drip tray, clean it with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry it thoroughly.
