  • You have two options for billing:

    - Paperless billing via email gives you the fastest access to your invoices.

    - US mail will send a paper invoice to your mailbox.

    Can I manage how I receive these invoices?

  • Yes! From the My Account dropdown in the global navigation, go to the ‘Notification Preferences’ page.

    In the ‘Account Notification Preferences’ section, you can select whether or not you’d like to receive paperless billing by clicking the ‘Edit Account Preferences’ button and selecting the corresponding checkbox. If you are enrolled in paperless billing, you will receive an email when your invoice is ready to be viewed. If you are not enrolled in paperless billing, your invoices will be mailed to your account address.
