Addressing Common Equipment Problems
- There are a few reasons you may have an issue with your equipment.
Issue Probable Cause Remedy My hot water isn’t working: No power to cooler? Check power source and plug. Hot switch is on “off” position? Turn hot switch to “ON” position (typically located on the back of the cooler). Hot thermostat is broken? Please contact Customer Support. There isn’t enough hot water? Someone may have recently drained a large amount of hot water. Wait 20 minutes to an hour for it to reheat. My cold water isn’t working No power to cooler? Check power source and plug. Cold water thermostat is broken? Please contact Customer Support. There isn’t enough cold water? Someone may have recently drained a large amount of cold water. Wait 20 minutes to an hour for it to cool down.

This is a one-time, fully refundable deposit that covers our 3 and 5-Gallon Bottles. As a customer, you are responsible for the return and condition of these bottles.
