Rated 3 out of 5 by from Was a good value.....but now not really worth it I enjoy having easy access to spring water. Our family goes through 7 5 gallon bottles every 1.5 months. In the beginning this was a pretty good deal. Now with the surcharges and fees we are paying $1.83 per gallon or $9.15 per 5 gallon container. that would comparable to a $6.00 case of water. I know where I live I pay about $3.00 for a case of water. I believe we all drink more water because of the ease and access and I'm not a big fan of plastic bottle and the environmental impact. I'm currently looking for another provider but our service has been good....just stop the increases and you would keep more customers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient and not that expensive and good taste You can buy a 1gal water jug for $1.25 to $1.5 (so 5gal is about $6-$7.5). It can even be cheaper at $1/gal if you buy 10 of them at a time. But you have to go to the store (gas ~$2) and time and effort. For all this, $7.50/5-gal is very very economical. Water is also quite fresh and tastes good. In my water TDS tester it was < 10 ppm of TDS (total dissolved solids). My tap water shows over 400 ppm! After softening the water, it is ~200ppm. And tastes funny. Now kids/family all drink from here and more water is consumed which is good for proper hydration. The unit was $200 but also worth it. Overall, worth the spend monthly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from sad to look somewhere else. I have been a customer of polans spring deliveries for many years. It has always been a great choice for my family but lately it is out dated. The bottles as stated by most customers are old and dingy and the cost is extrodinary.I have promoted this company for many years because i am in the marketing industry. Now I can not give them a good review. They have lost quality of product and are running on old ideas.Since they have been purchased by Nestlies they are no longer Poland springs quality.Sorry but I am now looking for a better alternative to get my water.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great tasting water, but less quality than before. I've been getting delivery to my home for 15 years. I used to get clean newer bottles that were wiped down by the delivery driver if they were wet or dirty. However, in the past year or so, my bottles are disgusting! They are old, dirty, scuffed, and last months delivery I noticed 2 bugs in the bottle. Fortunately I noticed them before I opened the bottle and placed it on my dispenser. Overall great tasting water but from now on I will carefully inspect for bugs!
