  • Oh no! You can view your delivery schedule on the ‘My Deliveries’ page. Once there, check to see if your delivery was rescheduled or canceled by ReadyRefresh.

    If you canceled your delivery by accident, visit the ‘My Deliveries’ page and select ‘Future Deliveries’ From the list of Future Deliveries, confirm the date of the delivery you want to reinstate and select ‘Unskip.’

    If your delivery was not rescheduled or canceled, please submit a request to Customer Support.
