At ReadyRefresh®, we aim to deliver healthy hydration with a never-ending supply of convenience. So, when we heard that we could be doing better in this area, we took action! We’re writing to inform you of some exciting enhancements to our delivery routing system that will result in a more consistent delivery experience for our customers and will allow us to reduce our environmental impact by reducing total miles driven. If this sounds good…keep reading!

Our team is currently working on restructuring our delivery schedule so all customers will receive deliveries on the same day of the week (Monday-Friday) and will receive deliveries from the same Route Service Representative each month. In order to make this important change, we may need to adjust your future deliveries.

So, what does this mean for you?

Simply sit back and continue to experience the convenient service you have come to enjoy. Don’t worry, we will continue to send you the helpful delivery communications in advance of your future deliveries so you will always be in the know on when we will be there.

Want to make changes to your Delivery Notifications? No problem, just go to the “My Account” section and click Delivery Notification Preferences. There you can select what works best for you (Text, E-mail or phone notifications).

Dear Valued Customer —

We have some refreshingly BIG news to share regarding our business.

As you know, on February 16, Nestlé announced it had reached an agreement with One Rock Capital Partners, in partnership with Metropoulos & Co., to acquire Nestle Waters North America. We are excited to let you know that our new corporate name has changed from Nestle Waters North America to BlueTriton Brands.

So, what does this mean? Well, we’re still the same convenient beverage delivery service you know and love. In addition to our ReadyRefresh® business, BlueTriton Brands will consist of our U.S. and Canadian brands, including: Pure Life® and Splash and our six U.S. regional spring water brands, Poland Spring® Brand 100% Natural Spring Water, Deer Park® Brand 100% Natural Spring Water, Ozarka® Brand 100% Natural Spring Water, Ice Mountain® Brand 100% Natural Spring Water, Zephyrhills® Brand 100% Natural Spring Water, and Arrowhead® Brand Mountain Spring Water. We’ll also continue to deliver your other favorites, too, like Perrier®, S.Pellegrino® and Acqua Panna®.

What do you need to do? Don’t worry, there is nothing you need to do at this time and there will be no immediate changes to your ReadyRefresh service or the products that we offer. Your orders will continue to be delivered right to your doorstop as scheduled.
